Dear Educational Office Professional:

As Vice President of Membership for the California Association of Educational Office Professionals (CAEOP), it is my pleasure to extend an invitation to you to become a member of our organization.

CAEOP membership will enhance your opportunities to acquire additional leadership skills as you network with highly motivated educational office professionals.

Did you know membership entitles you to:

 Participate in the Professional Incentive Program (PIP)

Apply for a reentry scholarship to further your education

Attend CAEOP’s Annual Conference at a reduced registration rate

Receive the official CAEOP Newsletter (CALLIE)

Affiliate with professional associations such as the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP)

Active educational office professional in a public or private educational institution

  Retired:

 

 

Retired educational office professional from a public or private educational institution

Associate:

 

 

For active members of the Association no longer engaged in educational work who desire to keep in touch with the Association

Institutional:

 

Available to schools, school districts, county offices and higher education institutions--an opportunity to endorse and support professionalism for their staff members

Affiliate:

For any formally organized city, local, or county affiliate (a local Association of Educational Office Professionals) provided the President of such Association maintains an active membership in the State Association

Members receive discounted registration for the Annual State Conference.

In summary, CAEOP provides the much needed in-servicing we all deserve, along with providing networking opportunities, the Professional Incentive Program, the CALLIE, CAEOP’s website, recognition of students through scholarships, and recognition of administrators and our peers through awards.
