Any current CAEOP member either active, institutional, associate or retired is eligible for the CAEOP Community Service Award. Nominations for persons to be considered may be submitted by Affiliates, Institutional Members, Associate or Retired Members.
Nominations are made by submitting the Community Service Award Nomination Form.
The nomination shall be submitted to the CAEOP Scholarship/Awards Chair no later than January 11, 2008
The fee to accompany the nomination form is $25.00 and shall be submitted at the time the form is filed. The fee will cover the anticipated costs related to this award.
Only one candidate may be submitted per Affiliate, Institutional Member, Associate Member or Retired Member per year.
All nominations will be screened by the CAEOP Awards Chair and her committee in the selection procedure. Final recommendations will be submitted to the Executive Board. The CAEOP Executive Board will consider the recommendations of the Awards Chair and her committee.
