Congrats to Beth Heyden - RCAEOP of the year

Beth Heyden, CEOE, a CAEOP Board Member, named Riverside County Educational Office Professional of the Year for her inspiration, support, and dedication.  A well-deserved honor.

Outside of her regular position, Beth has been heavily involved in RCAEOP, CAEOP and NAEOP.   Beth currently serves on the Membership Committee for NAEOP and Webmaster for the NAEOP Southwest Area. She will also become the webmaster for NAEOP in July of this year.  She is also the current Treasurer on the CAEOP Board, and has served in that position since 2016. She has been a member of RCAEOP since 2014.

In addition Beth has given back to these organizations by presenting in-service training at their conferences.  Beth has taken it upon herself to be trained and certified in Google Applications. In fact, she is a Google Certified Trainer (only 12 in the entire nation) and she has conducted trainings for both certificated and classified staff both inside of our district and at Google Apps for Educators Conferences. Beth is quick to lend a hand to anyone in need of technological assistance.

Beth recently her PSP and CEOE from the National organization. Obtaining this certification takes many years of dedication to volunteer service, professional development, and being a member of all associations and sitting on their Boards.

Sarah Rico and Lori Ortell congratulate Beth Heyden, newly honored 2018 Riverside County Educational Office Profession of the Year.
