Tom DeLapp, is a spokesman for California's Public
School Administrators. Mr. DeLapp was responsible for public relations, media relations, publishing,
internal and external communications, marketing and membership development. Mr. DeLapp works with
school districts to provide them with communications, public relations and crisis-Intervention assistance.

before and the concept of leadership is relevant to ensuring success. Learning to manage change means knowing how to
be a good leader. This session will offer opportunity to gain insight from the experience of the Association's past presidents
on leadership techniques for you to use in your job or local/state affiliates
Installation of 2006 CAEOP Officers
The installation banquet will be held on Friday night
instead of Saturday night. The colors will be black and lavender.

Information
Affiliates
are asked to bring a centerpiece for the affiliates' luncheon on Saturday that
will show what the affiliate has been up to this year. Dollar votes will be
taken for the best centerpiece, with the proceeds going toward the cash prizes
for the student poster contest.
Reservation
Information
FULL REGISTRATION includes admission to all
sessions, all conference materials, Friday lunch, Friday banquet, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch.
Registration fee refunds will be made, less a $50.00 processing fee, for
written cancellations postmarked before February 28, 2006. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after February 28, 2006 or for
conference “no shows.” An alternate may substitute for a registrant. Refunds will be mailed after the conference.
